Our transport agency clients cater for a diverse range of public transit users and therefore accessibility needs were at the forefront of all our designs.
White Label App
Masabi's goal is to be a SaaS platform for public transit fare collection and mobility services. At the crux of this is a highly configurable white label app that deploys a single code to all our clients but configured to look like their individual corporate branding
Evolving Product
The original use of Masabi's products were designed for purchasing tickets but evolved over time as features like contactless payments, pay as you go and barcode tokens were built.
International users
Apart from requiring to cater for different languages, we needed to also consider differrent UX implications due to languages and cultural differences.
